Description
The SQ6 is capable of engaging with almost any combination of ignition coil, fuel injector and OEM sensor and actuator. Fly-By-Wire capability caters for both stepper and DC Motors, and skilfully deals with fully sequential fuelling on NA, Turbo and supercharged engines from 1 to 12 cylinders.
Cosworths crank and camshaft identification structure, allows the SQ6 to be used with virtually any OEM timing wheel, including synchronisation during slow and uneven cranking conditions.
This hugely powerful, yet user friendly system uses MPC565 processors with a FPGA which handles all angle-based operations. Advanced Algorithms allow for superior transient control, giving outstanding driver feel and feedback.
Reverse- battery, over-voltage and load dump protection, are all built into this robust unit, with supply and ground pins protected against battery shorts.
