Here at G&G Motorsport Ltd we have a Cirris harness tester. This is used to test every wire to every wire in a harness assembly. We can set the machine to Learn a known good harness, or build a test program from scratch. Every resistance and connection is measured and recorded to output a report and a pass/fail certificate. It is not just wire to wire though, We can also test assemblies with Diodes, Switches and other devices. So steering wheels and control panels can also be tested.
